Manager- Property & Casualty Insurance - Monitor Deloitte

As a Manager, you will build long-term relationships with senior executive clients across the Insurance Industry, identify and lead business development opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of the Strategy & Business Design practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a professional setting
• Experience within Property & Casualty, or key industry adjacencies (e.g., financial services, banking, wealth, etc.)
• Experience in strategy or management consulting (preferably in Financial Services or Health)
• Experience with strategy development and strategy creation (preferably in Financial Services)
• Experience in business development and delivering the full cycle of project management accountability
• Proven track record of developing and/or implementing successful business strategies
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Demonstrated experience making a positive impact in your work and communities
