Deloitte is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join their technology team. The role will involve customizing and developing solutions in Dynamics 365, participating in projects integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, and configuring and administering the Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and/or Power Apps development projects
- Knowledge of relevant modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.
- Advanced experience in Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, including workflows, business rules, and custom entities (with.NET, C#, and JavaScript)
- Proficient in technical English, both written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and critical mindset
- Good understanding of sales and customer service processes
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit
- Strong organization, planning skills, and a quality-oriented approach to projects
