As a Indigenous Nations Analyst/Advisor, Financial Function Transformation at Deloitte, you will work collaboratively within teams to analyze client issues and interview key stakeholders. You will develop recommendations and presentations for client mandates, and support teams in creating value for clients through a wide range of projects. The role requires a university undergraduate degree, a CPA certification or relevant Master's degree, and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or consulting.

Requirements

• A university undergraduate degree with excellent academic results
• A CPA certification or relevant Master's degree (an asset)
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or consulting
• Expertise in financial management disciplines, such as designing financial processes, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics, and data modeling, as well as developing business cases
• Experience or an interest in acquiring knowledge of systems and technologies that support finance, such as SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, etc.
• A strong commitment to excellence in professional client service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Proven analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
