Rédacteur(rice) d'offres de service (Contrat de 12 mois)

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident person who is passionate about writing and editing, in both French and English, to create engaging and easy-to-understand content for service offers written and video or presentation scripts. This is a 12-month temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least six years of experience in preparing and adapting content for clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Ability to write empathetically, putting oneself in the client's shoes
• Ability to work with professionals from diverse backgrounds
• Exceptional ability to follow up and understand a situation
• Experience in interpreting and analyzing complex RFPs
• Ability to gather and synthesize large amounts of information
• Solid document management skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Curiosity and ease in using and creating IA queries and workflows
• Ability to exercise judgment on AI-generated results
• Experience in writing video and presentation scripts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
