Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst- Business Tax to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Senior Analyst, you will provide tax-related services to investment fund clients, including trust and partnership tax returns and related filings, and advise on tax matters to ensure sound tax management and compliance.
Requirements
- CPA designation (Canada) or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Canadian Tax, with a focus on investment funds or financial services tax
- Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program (IDTP) of CPA Canada or a Master’s in Taxation
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Proficiency with tax research tools and tax compliance software
- Knowledge of investment fund accounting/reporting systems
