Senior Consultant, Alternative Delivery Model

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Alternative Delivery Model to lead strategic ADM initiatives and operational excellence as a trusted expert in a global, fast-paced, and high-impact environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and financial accounting operations
• Experience managing engagement financials for projects utilizing alternative delivery resources
• Proven success leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing international projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience supporting leadership and influencing key stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
• Solid understanding of business and finance principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
