Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant | Solution Architect to work on supply chain and network operations projects. The role involves analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions, as well as communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in supply chain solutions and a strong understanding of i2/BY/JDA planning solutions. Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research
- Understanding of multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions and configuration to facilitate client business processes
- Demonstrable experience with i2/BY/JDA planning solution or similar supply chain planning solution
- Experience in demand & supply planning for Manufacturing &/Or Retail Industry segment
- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions
- Understanding of data base, snowflake, azure, saas technical platform, devops operations
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical & machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain
- Ability to drive discussions on both functional processes and technical concepts in a language that can be understood across a diverse audience and multiple levels within customer's/BY organization
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, PD. PMG and consultants
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, effectively and proactively
- Passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written
