Senior Consultant, Organization & Work Transformation, Strategic & Technology Change

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Organization & Work Transformation practice. The role involves leading components of change management within complex organizational and technology transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, leading stakeholders and change impact assessments, facilitating workshops, and developing communications and training strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience delivering Organizational Change Management in technology-enabled transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of leading components of change management workstreams within complex transformation programs
• Experience working across multiple industries in both the public and private sectors
• Ability to obtain government security clearance
