Senior Consultant, Technology Strategy & Transformation

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, you will lead collaborative engagement teams, conduct in-depth analyses of client data, and develop actionable technology strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and business objectives, and help them navigate change and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technology strategy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong executive and board-level communication and analysis skills
• Passionate about modern technology and their applications in the business world
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Understanding of financial concepts relevant to technology investments
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises
• Ability to think strategically about technology's role in business transformation
