Deloitte is seeking a Technical Lead for ServiceNow implementation and development projects. The role involves managing daily interactions with clients, translating business requirements into development requirements, and contributing to knowledge sharing and training for junior team members.
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor's, Master's or Integrated Master's) in Informatics, Electrical and Computer Science or similar experience
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS
- Experience in standards for integration with other systems (e.g. JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
- Experience and mastery of project management using Agile and Scrum methodology
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferred)
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
