Job Description
Join Deloitte as a SR&T Consultant, M&A Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting. Analyze financial data, support junior team members, and develop expertise in financial advisory.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance/ Business from a reputable university local or overseas, with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, ASIA, CPA, CA and CMA, will be advantageous.
- Advance skills in English correspondence, report writing and presentation.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience in M&A environment which involve capability in understanding working papers, financial statement, trial balance, bookkeeping process including transaction due diligence.
- Auditor /Advisor in Big-4 / investment banking and Private Equity Experience and background would be an added advantages.
