We are seeking a talented individual to serve as a Senior Consultant working closely with project teams on multiple client engagements and proposals in a range of industries in Southeast Asia. You will have a chance to experience various activities within the merger and acquisition life cycle, with a focus on value advisory, financial modelling and decision support for transactions.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business majors from a recognized university with outstanding academic credentials or professional qualifications such as CFA, CVA, ICAEW and ACCA.
- Ideally, 3 years of relevant working experience in business valuation, auditing, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or equity research.
- Possesses good financial modelling skills, including building financial models from scratch and reviewing clients’ models.
- Able to work independently and analyse complex financial issues within a commercial context.
- Possesses strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to produce concise and logical analyses and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and present ideas confidently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly driven team which values a high-performing culture mindset, collaboration, caring for each other and respect.
