SR&T Senior Manager, Regulatory & Financial Risk

Deloitte is seeking a SR&T Senior Manager, Regulatory & Financial Risk to join their Southeast Asia practice. The role involves providing risk transformation, data, and modeling solutions to clients in finance, and working collaboratively with clients to understand the forces driving change and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accountancy, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are strongly preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, banking, or consultancy, with deep specialization in financial risk management
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and statistical modelling tools such as Python, SAS, and R, with advanced Excel and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex projects and managing diverse teams across multiple geographies
• Demonstrated capability in mentoring senior team members, developing talent, and fostering professional excellence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with high attention to detail and a meticulous work approach
• Ability to work efficiently against demanding timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
