Requirements

• Work in a team to conduct primary research
• Gather information on financials, credit history, litigation, shareholding data, and details of ownership pattern of entities
• Analyze the collected information with a view to reputational, financial, and integrity risk
• Review financial information and analysis of key ratios of the Company for the latest 2/3 financial years
• Strong report drafting skills and verbal or written updates to seniors or client
• Help Manager/Director/Partner in undertaking internal conflict check procedures on client as well as targets
• Help reviewer/reporting manager with internal administrative procedures and other related duties
