T&L: Tax GES Senior Associate

Requirements

• Assist clients in various industries in the conduct of various tax and corporate services
• Utilize appropriate skills and software to prepare tax returns, draft reports, opinions, protest against tax assessments, and other relevant forms, documents and papers
• Research and consult with colleagues and/or superiors on various tax and corporate matters
• Establish and enhance relationships with appropriate client personnel and officers of various government agencies
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, seniors, managers, and other members of the Firm
• Provide effective conflict resolution, as needed
• Handle various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs
