Deloitte seeks a T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant to work on Organization Workforce Transformation (Change Management) projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology and 4-6 years of experience in consulting with change management exposures.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposures
• Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of change management methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
