T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - Organization Workforce Transformation (Change Management) - PH

Deloitte is seeking a T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant to join their Organization Workforce Transformation team. The successful candidate will have experience in change management and consulting, and will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and implementing recommendations. The role is part of Deloitte's effort to make an impact that matters for their clients, people, and the communities they serve.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposures
• Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of change management methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
