T&T Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation - FSI - PH

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a T&T Manager. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining technology strategy, architecture, and operating models for banking clients, and collaborating with our global network to deliver cutting-edge technology projects. You will work alongside our clients to help them build and transform their IT function, with a focus on IT strategy development, operating model, application rationalization, and transformation.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well-ranked institution
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation at consulting firms, in-house consulting role, or in an enterprise architecture role working for a leading insurance institution
• Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for banking institutions, with exposure to one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy, Architecture and Operating Model Design, Cloud strategy and transformation, Business case development, Delivery of large technology transformation programs
