Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager or Director to lead our Artificial Intelligence & Data team in Deloitte Southeast Asia. As a leader in this space, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across industries, focusing on Generative AI, agent-based AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced data ecosystems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering AI transformation programs and design and scale intelligent systems using GenAI models for enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience in Big 4 or MNC Consulting firm or industry related role.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry with solid experience in the sales cycle and in leading project teams
- Strong experience directly interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders for clients.
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
- Ability to work independently, to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Strong understanding of either structured and unstructured data mining, visualisation and analytics or Intelligent Automation
