Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- At least 7 years of experience managing and leading teams
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a senior technical leadership role
- FSI domain knowledge is strongly preferred
- Strong technical proficiency in systems development, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue management in multi-platform environments
- Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless architecture is an advantage
