Deloitte is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end payroll implementations as part of a broader Workday HCM transformation. They will work within a multi-disciplinary team of functional and technical consultants to design and deploy scalable payroll solutions that align with client objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Canadian payroll operations, including payroll data management, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures, business processes, and upstream/downstream system impacts.
- Holds a Canadian Payroll Association designation (PCP or CPM) or is actively pursuing certification.
- Experience supporting or implementing Workday Payroll or comparable cloud-based payroll solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of provincial and federal payroll legislation, including statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
