Cyber Security GRC Manager

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security GRC Manager to join their dynamic Cyber team. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, a well-rounded personality, and expertise in Cyber Security Strategies, Cyber Security Assessments, Cyber Security Frameworks, Data Privacy & Protection concepts. The role will involve managing cybersecurity activities within wider projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing best-in-class cybersecurity and data protection solutions, demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Cyber/Information Security, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CDPSE, CRISC, CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.
• Solid expertise in Cyber Security Strategies, Cyber Security Assessments, Cyber Security Frameworks, Data Privacy & Protection concepts.
• Experience in DORA, NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, AI security, etc.
• Fluent knowledge of English language.
• Passion and curiosity for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations, and frameworks, as well as current IT security technologies.
• Independent and collaborative person who cooperates in one or more project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to conduct complex analyses and communicate them clearly and concisely to target audiences of different cultures, technical backgrounds, and levels of seniority.
