Requirements
- Masterās degree in Econometrics, Business Analytics, (geo)Data Science, Business Information Management, Digital Business & Innovation, Quantitative Finance, Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality and metadata management; experience maintaining data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
- Strong SQL skills for analysis, validation and model testing; practical experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support reporting and insight delivery.
- Excellent ability to analyze complex datasets, validate data integrity and resolve inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to work with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Experience translating business requirements into logical and physical models and familiarity with modelling techniques (3NF, star schema, Data Vault) or modelling tools.
- Knowledge of banking/financial data and regulatory reporting requirements (for example FINREP, COREP, credit risk) or experience working with regulatory datasets.
- Interest in or exposure to data management tools (Collibra, Informatica), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/GenAI approaches to support automation and governance.
