Job Description
We are looking for a consultant to be part of the Customer Product team at Deloitte NextHub in Bari, working in a hybrid mode. The team will support our clients in identifying solutions and models to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, or STEM field
- At least 2 years of experience in defining business/functional requirements in the context of transformation and evolution of existing tools (also custom) or adoption of new platforms
- Ability to coordinate a technical team
- Ability to manage the client and organize work
- Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall mode
- Knowledge of approaches and methods for identifying and evaluating possible suppliers, partners, and/or solutions
- Familiarity with the application of possible solutions for process efficiency and evolution
- Knowledge of the English language
- Availability to travel
