Job Description
We are seeking a consultant/senior consultant to work in a hybrid mode as part of the Organization Design team at Deloitte Human Capital in Rome/Milan. The team is responsible for designing organizational models and governance models, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and optimizing processes.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience of at least 2-3 years in major consulting firms or multinational corporate realities
- Proven expertise in Organization Design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of the English language
