Deloitte is seeking a Government & Public Sector Manager / Senior Manager to deliver client engagements, build relationships, and exercise communication skills to positively influence peers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Public Policy
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering or similar will be considered a plus
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or related professional area with emphasis on providing advisory services to public sector organizations
- Knowledge and prior experience in areas related to Government & Public Services gained through serving Greek public administration, European Institutions and/ or International Donor Organizations across multiple policy areas
- Prior experience in preparation of responses to Greek public sector and European tenders
- Understanding on a. latest trends regarding a variety of policy areas (e.g. general public services, economic affairs, environmental protection, social policies, etc.), b. major planned Greek public sector reforms as well as c. funding/ financing opportunities available for the realization of public sector reforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop insights from quantitative and qualitative information
- Experience in management of co-funded projects will be considered as a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
- Computer Literacy
