We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our M&A & Corporate Finance team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through complex transactions and strategic corporate finance decisions. You will be involved in a broad range of engagements including Mergers and Acquisitions strategy and advisory, capital raising, business succession planning, financial due diligence, business modelling, and debt and capital advisory.
Requirements
- Support M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle, including buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial due diligence, and deal structuring
- Develop and review comprehensive financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Advise clients on capital structure optimisation, funding strategies, and business succession planning
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
- Conduct detailed market, industry, and company-specific research to inform transaction strategy and valuation assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and audit to provide integrated transaction advice
- Manage client relationships and support meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder communications
- Assist with business development activities including proposal preparation and pitch presentations
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build capability within the team
