Job Description
Manager – Event Driven Finance Transformation M&A will support M&A process in activities such as definition and execution of activities to succeed in an M&A event, support to the bank in the authorization process, and management of stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- 7/9 years of experience in business consulting with expertise in M&A activities and related IT implications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess process inefficiencies and recommend practical, scalable solutions
- Strategic leadership and capability to oversee multiple activities in the financial services domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
