Job Description
Manager Up - Finance Transformation Accounting & Regulatory FSI job involves contributing to the transformation of CFOs in the Financial Services world, designing the future of the Finance function for leading banking and insurance companies. The role requires experience and knowledge of Accounting and Regulatory Reporting, data analysis and emerging technologies, with a focus on the Banking sector.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in consulting firms or financial institutions
- Regulatory Reporting (Basilea, Solvency, etc.)
- Accounting and IAS/IFRS principles (e.g. IFRS 9, IFRS 17)
- Financial Reporting
- Process Re-engineering and Finance Transformation
- Digital tools and financial technology solutions
- Managing complex projects, respecting time and budget
- Analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1/C2)
