Valuation Advisory - Manager

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join their Valuation Advisory and M&A team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of transaction-related engagements, supporting clients with valuation, financial modelling, and M&A advisory services across multiple industries.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience for a Manager within: Valuation advisory, M&A, or corporate finance
• Investment banking, boutique advisory, or professional services firms
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience preparing client-ready reports and presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
