Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for placing patients into clinical trial studies. This role is vital to the success of our company's clinical research programs.

Requirements

• 1+ year work experience in a customer-interfacing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Logical, problem-solving mindset
• Remarkably organized and attentive to details
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Basic aptitude with computer software, applications and technology
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays & Sundays
