Job Description
The Mechanical Plumbing Foreman reports directly to the Plumbing Superintendent and is responsible for planning, crew development, safety, material management and quality control of the plumbing discipline. The incumbent oversees the work of subordinates and interacts with site journeyman and apprentices to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with federal, state, local, client and company safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three (5) years' experience as a journeyman plumber
- Current and valid driver's license, with clean driving record
- State of Alaska Journeyman Plumbing License required
- Municipality of Anchorage Journeyman Plumbing License, or able to obtain within a 6-month period if required to work in Anchorage
