Job Description
Senior Project Manager to assist a large institution in Luxembourg with its 2025 Digital Transformation Program, leading software development projects and managing project risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience of over ten years in project management according to standard methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, etc.)
- Experience of over five years in leading software development projects
- Expert mastery of project planning and tracking
- Expert ability to coordinate with technical and business teams
- Experience of over five years in using program management tools (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Knowledge of microservices architectures and technologies Angular/.NET/Oracle
- Experience in managing projects in iterative mode (hybrid methodology)
- Knowledge of the Agile method (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in the public or state sector is highly appreciated
- French and English are mandatory, an additional language like Luxembourgish and German is considered an asset
