Full Stack Engineer Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong enterprise experience to drive technical delivery, team leadership, and application ecosystem ownership. This role combines full-stack development, engineering leadership, and oversight of both custom-built platforms and integrated SaaS solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on full-stack development
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience leading developers and delivery
• Experience building multi-user, n-tier enterprise applications
• Strong expertise in modern application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts
• Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms within enterprise ecosystems, including real-time and batch integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, messaging, secure file transfers, scheduled jobs)
• Experience managing SaaS environments (development, test, staging, production) aligned with enterprise environment management, release governance, security, access controls, and change management standards
