Health Equity Analyst

We're seeking a public health professional to project manage high-visibility, critical initiatives that remove barriers to dental care and promote health equity. This role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing data, and communicating policy implications to our mission and business.

Requirements

• Project manage highly critical initiatives with employer groups to reduce equity gaps in preventive dental utilization among their employees
• Research and summarize federal, state, and local public policies, regulations, and legislative proposals to inform our policy agenda
• Analyze and interpret local, state, and/or federal healthcare policy
• Communicate effectively, centering relationships across diverse groups, engaging stakeholders, and fostering transparency
• Exhibit cultural humility & self-awareness including understanding one's own biases, acknowledging power asymmetries, and demonstrating a growth mindset
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to equity, alignment with the WDS vision, mission, and OneTeam Values
