Senior Policy Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Policy Manager who will promote the company’s values and objectives, build strategic relationships with policymakers, regulatory leaders, and government program partners, and drive policy development and dialogue in Olympia and Washington, D.C.

Requirements

• Manage and develop the Policy team by defining priorities, organizing work, and providing guidance on training, performance management, and professional development.
• Strengthen policy development by challenging existing approaches and introducing new, innovative strategies.
• Advise and consult with leadership on annual policy objectives and lead execution of the strategic policy plan.
