Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Communications leads and executes external communications strategy, ensuring a cohesive narrative across the organization. This role is responsible for strengthening and integrating WDS’s value propositions across multiple lines of business, overseeing annual reporting, and shaping proactive messaging related to the organization’s mission, policy priorities, and executive presence.
Requirements
- Develop and own WDS’s enterprise external communications strategy
- Lead the development of mission-related communications
- Lead, develop, and execute annual reporting initiatives
- Serve as a strategic external communications partner to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Collaborate closely with internal communications and marketing partners
- Identify executive engagement opportunities and community partnerships
- Develop and oversee media relations strategies
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal and external communications
