The Network Development Specialist is a critical member of the enterprise's Network Development team with responsibility for developing strong, stable provider networks nationwide and facilitating key recruitment related activities.

Requirements

• Builds partnerships between providers and the company
• Manages all recruitment projects and resources for your assigned territory
• Plans and executes daily recruitment schedule and approach
• Evaluates and determines cost effectiveness of contracting specific providers
• Effectively interfaces with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
