[2026 Global]_Field Application Engineer - Liquid Cooling (Netherlands-based)

As a Field Application Engineer, you will lead projects, engage with customers, and provide technical support in data centers and customer facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics or related field
• 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems
• Hands-on experience with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing)
• Proven project management experience
• On-site technical support capability at customer/data-center locations and RMA handling
• Ability to design with AutoCad 3D, Pro/E, SolidWorks
• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit
• Ability to discuss technical topics with customers, including design for manufacturing and cost improvements
• Strong cross-department communication
