Job Description
Delta is a global leader in switching power supplies and thermal management products, seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to support its EMEA team in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The successful candidate will execute a wide range of marketing activities, create and maintain content, and conduct market research to build actionable insights.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial / technical products
- Strong hands-on mindset — willing to execute personally
- Experience with marketing research and market analysis
- Comfortable working in sales-driven organizations
- Ability to translate technical content into business value
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Experience in HVAC, electronics, thermal, automation, data center, or similar industries is a plus
