Job Description
7 For All Mankind is seeking a Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of their Rosemont, IL store. The role involves managing sales, managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and enforcing company policies. The Manager will also focus on talent development and financial management. This position is critical for both the store's success and 7 For All Mankind’s brand.
Requirements
- 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High level of initiative/self-starter.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work weekend and night shifts.
- Operate office equipment
