7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their growing team in New York City. This part-time or full-time role involves all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, and managing personnel. The Sales Supervisor will ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store by representing the brand.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- 1+ year of supervisor experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register
- High level of initiative
- Education/Experience: 2+ years of related professional sales experience
