7 For All Mankind is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Sales Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, and training. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales goals, contributing to the brand's success. As a leader, the Sales Supervisor will ensure high levels of customer engagement, coaching the team and maintaining store standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience
• Strong leadership ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• High level of initiative/self-starter
