Job Description
7 For All Mankind is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, and maintaining store standards. The Sales Supervisor will ensure high levels of customer engagement, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the brand's success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate cash register and follow handling procedures
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Physical stamina to perform customer service and sales tasks.
