Sales Supervisor Part Time - SPL

Splendid is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in the San Diego store. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, coaching the team, implementing company policies, and contributing to store success. The Sales Supervisor will also assist the Store Manager with various operational tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• Strong leadership ability.

• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
