Customer Experience Representative

Delta Mechanical is a leader in providing plumbing services across the United States. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve customer problems. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and communicative, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong active listening and problem solving
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
