AV/VTC Support Administrator

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to support US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J6 as an AV/VTC Support Administrator. This position provides advanced support for classified video teleconferencing and AV systems, requiring independent troubleshooting, secure system configuration, and technical coordination across DoD networks.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 6 years advanced experience in engineering and installing VTC/AV systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience supporting and maintaining VTC/AV equipment and scheduling on various networks
• Core and Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tasks (KSATs) defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 411
