Job Description
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Client Systems Support Technician to support the team at Vandenberg SFB. The Client Systems Support team provides responsive IT support across all S4S networks and facilities, ensuring users have reliable access to classified and unclassified systems and collaboration platforms.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT service requests
- Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests
- Perform Tier I and Tier II troubleshooting for workstations, laptops, and printers
