Senior SPPBE Analyst

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior SPPBE Analyst to support the Strategy, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (SPPBE) processes for the United States Space Force. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, analyzing mission-level data, and preparing recommendations for budget and program guidance to facilitate mission success. It requires expertise in identifying alternative ways to achieve desired forces, equipment, and support within fiscal constraints.

Requirements

• High motivation to provide decision-quality information and recommendations to senior leaders
• Ability to communicate effectively across multi-functional teams
• Strong quantitative and analytic abilities and critical thinking to integrate and analyze data
• Familiarity with funding appropriation codes, technology readiness levels, and space operations
• In-depth experience with the space force missions and operations is highly desired
• Experience in campaign-level and mission-level modeling is highly desired
• Experience with planning or programming functions is highly desired
• Executive briefing skills
• Ability to interface with PBES or other budgeting system data bases
• Knowledge of commercial, intelligence community and international partner space capabilities / contributions
