As a Residential Aide, you will provide mentorship, guidance, and support to young adolescent males, ensuring their practical needs are met and maintaining high operational standards within the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience working with homeless, disabled, or impoverished populations
• BA preferred or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Passing a criminal background check
